Try these little power houses made of natural energy sources to boost your energy level and mental clarity all day long or take 2-3 before or during a workout.
Makes about 15 servings
YOU WILL NEED
2/3 cup organic canned full-fat coconut milk
2/3 cup filtered water
1 pouch BurnButter® Natural
3 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons raw maca powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Optional: 2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener (granulated, or sweetener of your choice)
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and turn the heat to medium-low. Stir well and heat up just until the gelatin dissolves, do not boil.
Pour the mix into molds of your choice or a glass baking dish (recommended size 9"x13"). Move to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set. Remove the treats from the mold or cut to the desired size in the baking dish. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Add BurnButter® Hazelnut to create a more intense hazelnut flavor.
