Combine the popular coffee house pumpkin spice latte with the benefits of BurnButter®.
Makes two drinks
YOU WILL NEED
2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (canned or homemade pumpkin puree both work well)
1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener (granulated, or sweetener of choice)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
½ cup strong hot coffee
1 pouch BurnButter® Natural
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetener to a saucepan over medium heat and heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in rest of the ingredients. Use a frother to blend until foamy on top.
Divide the mixture between two mugs. Indulging yourself? Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Pumpkin Spice Blend: Use a premixed pumpkin pie spice mix from the store or make it easily at home. Mix the following ingredients in a spice jar:
1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground allspice
A pinch of ground cloves
