BurnButter® Nutty Chai Latte

Tired of sugar filled chai lattes and no time to simmer spices on the stovetop? This drink is easy to make and the maca powder adds a nutty twist to your beloved chai flavor.

Makes 1 drink


2 teabags chai tea

1 cup water

1 cup almond milk

1 pouch BurnButter® Natural

1 tablespoon maca powder

2 teaspoons monkfruit sweetener (granulated, or sweetener of choice)

Optional: Whipped cream, for serving


Bring one cup of water to a boil and let the two teabags steep for five minutes. Remove teabags, add rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Heat up for one minute in microwave or on stovetop and blend again for a few seconds to create a foamy texture. Enjoy.


Try whey protein powder instead of maca powder if you don’t like the texture or the nutty flavor the maca powder adds to the drink. Add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
